I am just too old to get pissed off at most anything anymore. I try and let life roll on by. Of course there is odd moments when I am driving and people do something really stupid.

If your friend's native language isn't English, like for myself, you should understand. After all: it is a foreign language.

If your friend's native language is English, I'm quite sure your friend will be able to do something else far better than you. And how is your friend reacting towards you if you try to do that 'something else'.

In both cases, and even more: you should help your friend, learn the difference and use. Cause after all: she/he is your friend.


In other words: yes, the written language is also (very) important. But there are also (more) important issues.

Gas goes bad and that happens even faster in cold weather. Empty the gas out at the end of the year or at least put some gas stabilizer in it. Weed whackers, chain saws etc... seem to be less effected because you run oil/gas mixtures.

The Chinese are well known for giving their customer service reps anglo sounding names when dealing with American companies that use manufacturing services in China. I find the practice patronizing as it's obviously a joke when the contact overseas goes by the name "Tony". I worked with a guy that dealt with a Chinese agent and even traveled from Wisconsin to China initially. He described their Chinese food as inedible garbage. I guess one man's delicacies is another man's sewage.

I like the staff, they do their jobs. I don't. At least one of us is doing what the fuck we're supposed to.

Maybe I'm over simplifying it but... If someone brings a gun to a parade where someone got shot just the day before, maybe it's because someone got shot the day before.
