Knowing how hard it gets to perform even the simples tasks when in a bad mental space first hand, what you did is nothing short of amazing and definitely worth celebrating.
I always liked being clean, but there are other shitty behaviours I wallow in when I'm depressed.

Funny enough porn has very little to do with it, as I have actually been consuming way less of it.

So sorry to hear you're feeling this way. I don't know the particulars about your situation, but I know that if you weigh yourself against the standards that our society or even our families have set, then it will always be difficult to measure up. Best thing is to try and be true to yourself. Your happiness matters and each day that you make it through makes you a success in my book. Also, always remember that you have friends here you can reach out to. My inbox is always open if you ever want to vent. I know I have made some awesome friends here and their kind words and support have been very helpful in my attempts to cope with life.

I managed to try every possible mix of pharma-grade drugs and somewhat managed to live throught it.
That has to be an achievement.

The riskiest one having been a mix of Tramadol (Ultram), Bromazepam (Lexotanil) and Zolpidem (Ambien).

It's a miracle I'm alive, However I have been told I had some fun hallucinations.
