Wild game between Australia and Brazil with Brazil taking a 2 nil lead early and then Australia narrowed the lead at 45 + 1 and then tied it at 58 minutes. After that the unthinkable happened at 66 minutes when Brazil scored an own goal for the 3-2 Australia win.

It seemed almost cruel afterwards showing the highlights of Brazil congratulating themselves over their second goal, looking like they knew it was job done, when you knew what came later. And their star player could only look on helplessly from the bench - but at least she'll be rested for their next match, lol.

Canada blanked New Zealand 2 nil yesterday and will play the Netherlands next Thursday to finish the group phase.

The Netherlands beat Cameroon 3-1 yesterday as well. Sweden beat Thailand 5-1 this morning The USA and Chile are on the pitch scoreless at the 2 minute mark. Chile is playing them tough but USA just scored at 11:44 I need to say something and this also pertains to why I didn't mention fifa in the title, because those pieces of shit have fucked rules (sort of like this place lol) where there is an allotted time limit for national anthems and Chile had to sing the end of theirs acapelo after it cuts off about 20 seconds before the end!!! You do not fuck with anyone's national anthem that is off limits to negativity. |

The USA ended up with the 3 nil win but it could have been a slaughter had the Chilean keeper not stood on her head and made at least 5 insane saves.
Group phase 3 starts tomorrow but q fee teams have already secured spots in the round of 16 but let's let it play out before I post that next week. |

I dont see Brazil scoring any own goals tomorrow against Italy but they will be in tough.
