Thread title piqued my curiosity in search results just now. The earlier replies are essentially trying to answer the second question ("why does she have the most views") by answering the first ("who is she") - which, alas, I find absurdly implausible. Here's some context:

- When one searches the PATM HD board for "playmate", sorts the resulting threads by views, and ignores the ones unrelated to the Playboy meaning, the second most popular one is Spencer Scott's, with a total of ~400k. Ms Verkaik being more popular than Ms Scott doesn't seem unlikely, but being more popular by a ratio of close to 40 does. Googling both, alongside "playboy playmate" to reduce the unrelated name matches, does give more hits for Verkaik, but only by a ratio of less than 2. And it stands to reason that Scott, who has actually done porn, ought to do at least as well here as there.

- When one sorts the PATM SD and Picture boards accordingly, Verkaik's threads show on the order of 100k views and rank a bit outside the top 5,000 and top 1,000, respectively. The corresponding threads for Caprice and Riley Reid, on the other hand, without exception have more than 5M views and rank inside the top 50. That a playmate's Pictures thread does relatively better than her Videos threads makes sense to me - quite unlike one of her Videos threads doing orders of magnitude better than the other.

- When one looks at the views then and now, Verkaik's count increased from ~14.4M to ~14.5M, while Caprice's went from ~11.4M to ~13.1M, and Reid's from ~10.6M to again ~13.1M. So, the pornstar threads gain something like 100k new views per month, but it's only a few thousand per month for the playmate thread. At this rate, the time it would have taken to accumulate the claimed total exceeds the lifetime of the PATM boards by 300 years or so. Of course, it's not unlikely that the rate was higher in the past. Once again, however, it is very unlikely that it was as much higher as would be needful.

TLDR, even "because boobs" may not be sufficient on this occasion. "Because glitch" gets my vote. Or maybe that 16 year old prom date of hers clicked on the thread, like, a lot.

Update: Verkaik stagnating at ~14.5M, Riley Reid and Caprice now at ~14.4M and ~14.3M respectively, and should overtake her before the year is out at this rate. Still curious what caused the glitch in the first place...
