WWE is definitely generating a lot of interest with the 2 21 11 vignettes and whether it is Undertaker returning or someone else, I'm glad to see them using vignettes again to get this much anticipation built up for whoever it is that is associated with them. Vignettes used to be used all the time for debuting or returning wrestlers and I think that if well done they are a very useful tool to build hype for a wrestler, just look at this one now. Whatever happens and whoever it ends up being, I for one am quite excited to see what is going to happen.

I think it would be funny to have someone appear dressed as Sting, fooling the crowd. Maybe HHH, Jericho or someone like that.
Still, it would be amazing to see Undertaker appear only to claim it isn't him in the promos. Lights go out, and we find taker out cold in the ring, attacked by Stinger. |

Does the Undertaker do anything else these days then make returns Sting would be nice but as rumor has it is a slim to no chance. HHH would be a nice curveball. Lights out - big cloaked figure in the ring - and then the music of the Game - lol.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the planned match between The Undertaker and Wade Barrett for WrestleMania has now been scrapped.
The Undertaker is still planned to participate at WrestleMania, and as we've been reporting, his role on the PPV is expected to be very big, and the internal hope is that it will be a major selling point for the PPV. At this point, Shawn Michaels is expected to play a role in the Undertaker's WrestleMania involvement, however HBK is not expected to wrestle in any capacity. While The Undertaker's opponent for the big PPV has yet to be revealed, both Sting and Brock Lesnar are reportedly NOT candidates at this time. Lesnar was a dead deal awhile back, and as we've reported Sting and WWE have apparently had no contact with each other regarding a WrestleMania appearance.

I was reading today that there is talk of a HHH v Undertaker match at Wrestlemania, much in the same vein as Taker's match with Michaels last year, that being Career v The Streak with Michaels himself being the special guest referee. Now this is just rumor and such but I for one, as much of a fan as I am of both HHH and Undertaker...their match at Wrestlemania 17 still ranks high on my list of favorites...I wouldn't want to see this match. I would love to see HHH as an active competitor still, even if it is a reduced schedule and I like the idea of Taker's streak and I would be just fine if he retired undefeated at Wrestlemania, I would have no problem if that happened.

the info i got was the same
" The plan is for it to be The Undertaker versus Triple H. The match will be billed with the stipulation of “Streak vs Career.” The stipulation will play off of the career ending match at WrestleMania 26 match between The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. I have learned that the feud and match between The Undertaker and Triple H is all but official and should be revealed on WWE programming very soon."

Man this would really suck as a match for me. Like said before I also would like to see Trips back as a regular competitor. He matured a lot and now really is good in helping "younger" stars shine and not just in getting the belt and holding it. And Takers streak should retire with him. Give him 20-0 and let him go out glorious and undefeated
