free downloader here - using xp and older version of chrome - running into this weird problem. generally i am able to dl a variety of k2 files, but occasionally an entire thread's k2 links will do this - when attempting to load, in the address bar it will say "dd=unauthorized":

-then once the address is resolved, the page itself then says "unauthorized" and wont bring up the dl/captcha page:

-im using outdated equipment and software on this pc, so i do get problems unique to me at times, but has anybody else had this issue or know what might be the cause?

Do the links work, when you try "http" and not "https" in the beginning (SSL-problem)...?

I have the same unauthorized problem and piss poor dl speeds for weeks now.

?dd=unauthorized is on the end of urls when I first click a k2s link then quickly disappears.

several times, ks has banned my premium accounts, even though i never share , and i use j downloader, one file at a time.
they give some asinine excuse about debrids? or multiple users.

That happens if your IP address changes. Do you use JD's reconnect feature? That's designed to change your IP address for free users to bypass time limits, but does tend to mess up premium accounts due to the constantly changing IP. Using a VPN will do the same.

In any case K2S speeds and time between files have gotten so bad it's now on my "avoid" list along with cRapidgator, UL, upstore, and filefox.

with some of the k2 links, maybe all of them (i havent paid close enough attention), i get that too, where in spite of the "dd=unauthorized" in the end it resolves and goes on to the page where i am able to download the file. but other times, with certain user's entire list of k2 links it resolves to the dreaded "unauthorized" page...

If I remember it right - I had to enable a checkbox "enable TLS 1.2" together with "enable TLS 1.0"
(config... -> privacy... -> SSL/TLS) to keep some old Firefox browser running on K2S...?

Maybe K2S does not like some browsers? Or Java-script is disabled in the browser

Btw.: Download count files exceed. - Still appears after solving the captcha here

Because K2S, and to a lesser extent fboom, links are absolutely fuckin' everywhere? Half of the time you can only find working links for scenes in K2S, and pretty much everything in any of the non-PATM threads is K2S exclusively. That really pisses me off actually, because I just straight up ignore the entire fetish subforum due to the K2S spam, but what else can you do if other alternatives aren't available?
