I think the commentary was great, listening to Corey & Saxton give each other shit is awesome - putting botch-boy Cole in there just makes it priceless. I hope they eventually put Nigel in there because I think him and Graves would easily trade back and forth with piss-takes.
Thats what has been lacking with their commentary, two that can bounce off each other and give each other shit - rather than solely calling the match. We can already see what is going on, so brutal truth casting is better. I'm sick and tired of "THE BIG DOG" call by Cole - just stop please, there are like 10+ active superstars bigger than Reigns lol. |

As for 3MB, you guys are probably right and a reunion won't happen, BUT it could if they just made them a serious force to be reckoned with. They could be like the Shield or nWo. Just have them cut a promo; "We were treated like jokes before, but we got sick of being pushed around so now we're back and taking over WWE!" I dunno. It makes me think, was there ever a low card team who broke up and then reunited to move higher up the card? I really enjoyed the Greatest Royal Rumble. I haven't seen the Undertaker or Brock matches yet, but I loved the Rumble match itself. It was paced well and full of a lot of fun stuff. I've heard people complaining about all the jobbers in the match but, to me, this is what the Rumble should be. All the main event guys were in other matches already. Fill the Rumble up with guys who wouldn't necessarily be getting a spotlight otherwise. Make it believable that one of them can actually win it. Especially since this one had no WrestleMania stipulation. The Titus thing was hilarious, ultimate losers like Mike Kannellis and Curt Hawkins had memorable moments, even Primo looked like a tough guy. Fun spots, some surprise entrants, new guys we've never seen before, NXT call-ups, and the big stars like Bryan and Braun making the biggest impacts on the match. This was an awesome Rumble. |

Never watched Sat Morn Slam but the revolving third wheel guy isn't a total bust, might work, probably never happen though since Vince is probably super strict on who is sitting on comms.

Speaking of which JR & King weren't on comms, I encountered some shitty journalism before the show. At least they had a nice nap, probably could of used one of those comfy looking royal chairs. King should have at least had one. Show ended up being predictable and I skipped a fair bit of the undercard, basically the tags and Jinder, not watching that crap. All the matches I saw were pretty good though but as mentioned didn't really do anything. Arguably this should have been Backlash if they left it another week but maybe they couldn't if they are doing other commitments globally. Hopefully third time is a charm for AJ and Nakamura. If they flop at Backlash then why the heck should we care anymore if they are just gonna deliver only mediocre matches. Lol, poor Titus, he went into autopilot and that slightly elevated bit of ramp caught him spot on sending him sliding to swoggle's house. Where the heck was Sami Zayn? Was he detained or something lol. I was waiting for him to come out after Owens in the Rumble but we got Benjamin instead. |

Anyways I thought the Rumble match was good and the right man won, although I was expecting more surprise returns. Hornswoggle was the only real surprise entrant that I can think of. As far as commentary goes, I do think the current commentary team absolutely sucks, though JBL not being around makes it somewhat tolerable. Corey Graves is by far the best of the lot. They should of course have more wrestlers as guest commentators. CM Punk was pretty good at it I can recall.

Looks, like other than Titus falling on his shit. GRR was a big waste of time. |

So I gotta ask; wtf is up with this WWE Greatest Royal Rumble Championship. Is that going to be a thing now?

Backlash feels so unimportant. If it wasn't for the adverts on Raw, wouldn't even know it's taking place.
An average crowd at Raw and it would have completely sucked. I was struggling to get through it even so, felt like a live event show. They need more star power. SmackDown for some reason raided a lot of it, no one wants to see Axel and Bo or Titus Worldwide and the sorts more prominent, they suck. And we all frigging knew Titus would fall again, so typical of what they do, unfunny as heck. |

Does the greatest rumble now degrade the real rumble? If it's labelled the greatest, by default, it must be better than the 30 one in their eyes. Legacy rumble has the better prize but arguably you don't even get the real main event slot anymore. I wonder how much say they had in this greatest rumble creation...
