I am really liking this season, it's well told and has extra depth, Bill's relationship with the Doctor really works. Nardole is a little annoying at times but doesn't detract from the well written stories. Capaldi looks like he is going out on high. I really like the fact they have twisted the monster of the week story line with a greedy toff as one villain, a loving son as another and a money grabbing corporation, it does remind me a little of some of those really clever Star Trek/ Twilight Zone stories but still very Doctor Who. I also like the way they have weaved racism and politics into the stories without it being over baring. The fact Bill is a lesbian just seems normal and not a big thing, it's all pretty well put together. I shall miss Capaldi.
