I haven't gotten a file as a free user from Filefactory in about 3 month.
Last time I tried I killed it immediately after seeing how long it would take: http://veterperementour.ru/showpost.p...&postcount=136 I see it hosted on Filefactory nowadays, I don't even bother to try! |

Filefactory has certainly slowed down for me as a free user here in the UK. I signed up for a free account a few months ago and immediately found it to be noticeably faster than downloading anonymously - originally 220 kB/s as against 150 kB/s.
Although it used to be a bit faster than K2S/FBoom (220 kB/s compared to K2S rock steady 150 kB/s) I now only get 120 kB/s max from FF. I've had a few failed downloads from FF in the last week or so which never used to happen. I occasionally get the 'server overloaded' message too. It seems to make little difference what time of day or night I'm downloading. For me, UploadRocket is the Daddy, with files whizzing down to me at 1.8 MB/s. I'm glad to see a number of prolific posters here have started using it recently  |

They've always been slow to mid speed for me. But unlike most of these crappy servers, at least the downloads finished. Plus, uploaded links last 90 days, which is longer than most of the crappy sites. The best I can say is that it was less crappy than most.

Anyone having issues with them lately? In Firefox the page is a bunch of gibberish. And of course it seems to work fine in Chrome where I don't have any adblockers so it seems a little fishy...

I use Firefox for my browser.
File Factory works great for me in free mode. They have NO captachas. No bullshit and other crap They have just redesigned their home page. Its very minimal and quick and easy. They have a new feature "copy to your account" I intend to buy a premium sub from them as they deserve it. As well as the fact that its one of the cheapest premium subs out there.

I never saw a premium Filefactory link until finding many of them today here and at Fritchy posted by different members. Some of the premium links are smaller than 1gb.

Tried to download a 400 mb file earlier today, and the cunt was gonna take 4 hours? Filefactory used to be one of my favourites and was always reliable. Seems like they've began to slip? I hope not, as that will just leave K2S, fboom and Zippyshare as my reliable go-to's. Wish more people would use 1fichier and MEGA.

Slow speed
Lately download speeds for FF have been a dismal 50kbs or less.
It's unfortunate because FF had been one of the best file hosts on PZ. |
