Just caught a guy in my motel (I manage) on Molly, causing damage and threatening people, including me. Cops came, cops saw, cops left. They can't/won't do anything unless someone is actually attacked, 'cause their hands are tied.

Yup... that's what my taxes pay for...

the cops could have and should have arrested him, threatening someone is a crime, destruction of private property is a crime also being under the influence of illegal drugs is a crime, and most likely using drugs he would have been in possession of more drugs or paraphernalia which is a crime.


There needs to be a watchdog organization that you can call and can actually force the cops to do their job and fine them and dock their pay when they don't. Cops are just to lazy, corrupt & incompetent to do their job, plus cities just want their cops giving out tickets & fines anything that makes the city money, that's all they care about they don't care about the "to protect and serve" the public anymore. Cops would not do their job when you needed them but you can bet they were all over some guy going 2 mph over the speed limit just down the street.

I'm not sure of the laew in your territory, but if the owner manager of a busisiness(bar, blur, restaurant, shop regardless of whether it is a mom and pop cornetstore or a major mall will arrest the person in question on a trespassing charge.

If they sole something, or commits an assault,or threatening behaviour charges are added down at the station.

Members of the public, servers, and retail staff have the right to be protected.

I am guessing you are in the US, so maybe have have the right to produce a gun and dissuade the asshole/s if things really get out of hand.

I have called the cops for trespassers before, Here they just give them a ticket and tell the to leave, only if they refuse to leave after the cops tell them to will they arrest them.

producing a gun would be a bad idea unless it was a very serious situation, they would arrest you for brandishing a weapon.

Wall Calendars. Alot of companies order calendars with their contact information or their logo printed on the last page. I’m the guy that has to take care of that. I have make sure the print plate is accurate, fits in the machine properly, get the right foil color, test a few pieces, and adjust the machine if necessary. The calendars are placed on a spinning table that holds 4 at a time. As the table spins the machine does the stamping. This process isn’t so bad when the order is between 300-600 calendars, but when some hair salon from eastern Oklahoma orders 2550 calendars the whole thing can be a little tedious and frustrating. Do you know how many adjustments the machine will need and how many foil changes will happen during a run of 2550? A lot! Let’s not forget the pieces that’ll need to be replaced because the machine didn’t lift the stamp after .5 seconds like it should have. The whole process sucks.
