Oh I feel bad for people who actually paid for the RR last night when they could've watched the only two good matches for free on Raw tonight. I'm sure there's a lot of pissed off people around the world. I think it might be time for some out there to invest in torrent downloads, like I do with the PPV matches. I downloaded RR last night for free, and good thing I did. Wouldn't have paid money for that debacle last night. I'm also going to make a prediction here for main event at WM 31...

Either one of two scenarios... 1). Triple threat match again, between Lesnar, Reigns and Bryan cause people were so pissed off about Bryan being eliminated so early at rumble, or... 2). The match between Lesnar and Reigns as planned, but with Lesnar beating Reigns so badly and Reigns coming back to win match, but only to have Rollins come out, smack him in the back of the head with briefcase, curb-stomp Reigns then cash in his MITB and win belt from Reigns cause people were so pissed he won RR. Of course, I doubt very much either will happen, but you never know. |

Triple threat match was EPIC!!! Seth is a bonafide main-eventer, Cena did his usual routine and Brock was ruthless as always. Good result keeping the title on Brock to headline Wrestlemania....but why oh why did it have to be against Roman Reigns!!!
As soon as DB was thrown over the top rope my heart sank, as the only other logical choice for WWE was Roman. I like Roman but he's clearly not ready for the main event yet and Bryan vs Lesnar is best for business haha I can see it now...Lesnar with injured ribs from the Rumble falls to a spear from Reigns to lose the title...I won't mind as long as Rollins runs out with the MITB case and hits the kerb stomp! |

When that title match was epic I just knew the Rumble had a lot to live up to and holy heck, it was terrible.
Bubba Ray was cool, DDP was OK, Boogeyman I sort of had an incline would come out since he has been making sporadic appearances on the app I think. How Rowan was allowed to just barge Axel aside and take his spot is boggling. On that logic if you got eliminated early then just come back out and barge somebody aside making their entrance and take their spot. Shit, 75% of the guys are jobbers anyway with no chance. May as well of been a 15 man rumble. When Bryan got eliminated I was like, yea whatever, I'll at least try and enjoy the rest of this show which is now frankly impossible with the crowd trying to turn into the stars. What can you do? I guess if every hardcore fan pulls together all our cash we can try and buy the company lol? Bryan had his huge Mania moment last year, I think he should of done us a favour and stayed injured for a few more weeks. Don't get me wrong though, I hate that Reigns won. The guy has had one PPV singles match in his entire run against Orton. Now he gets to headline their biggest show... just let that sink in a minute, it's ludicrous. Vince somewhat cryptically sending out a tweet more or less confirming Reigns would win. If you knew Rock and Roman were related then everything got pieced together. Rest of the card, apart from the title match which was crazy good shit, was just utter horseshit. I was wondering, by cheapening their show is it so they don't have to try so hard to make them good anymore. I can imagine Vince going, "Oh well guys, it's just 9.99, can't complain right?" Just a bunch of piss poor tag matches and that Fast Lane promo made me want to throw up with the stupid engine sounds. It looked so stupid. I got a laugh reading about the fans antics after the show. Especially JBL, he don't take no shit. |

I enjoyed last night RAW lol, not much scripted sh*t in the interviews, Bryan kinda upset that Roman won. Seth won me as a fan in RR, and he is getting better at the mic, correcting Cole about the Phoenix Splash, that was great. Someone said that Roman was getting his lines through an ear piece, burying his mic skills even more.
One last thought about the Rumble, probably was the PPV were they completely ignore the fans more than ever: You want Mizdow to get the hot tag, no let's get the Miz wrestle the match. Same as Paige, who was the most over diva in that match and barely wrestle. You want Bryan winning, let's eliminate him 10 minutes in. You want Ambrose, Ziggler, Ryback winning instead of Reigns, let's throw them like jobbers. That was ridiculous.

Saw that WWE24 WM30 special, really cool stuff there, not gonna lie, I got a little emotional watching it. All the backstage of that show.
Didn't realize that the girls standing next to Triple H during his entrance were Sasha, Charlotte and Alexa Bliss, really cool of him for giving them that chance, they broke in tears after that. Changing the subject, WWE Network reached 1 million subscribers and RAW had its highest rating since the summer, apparently any publicity is good publicity, even if #CancelWWENetwork was trending for hours after Royal Rumble. They win and we are screwed, their plan work out and I don't think they change the plans like last year. Da Look Era has begun, Believe that.

Vince has always had the mentality that he knows whats best for the business and fuck the fans. I'm willing to bet HHH/Steph have developed the same mentality.
People may gripe and threaten to drop the network but they keep on buying and turning in to watch each week. |
