If you treat it as a donation to a pornstar you like, while getting a bonus extra in return, I suppose it's worth it.

If you treat it as paying money in exchange for porn, it's absolutely not worth it (judging by the limited quantity of 0n1y f@n5 crap I've seen - it's not even worth downloading for free).

I would also say that many of them charge for access to their OF site so that you can even see what kind of video content is there. Maybe I would even decide to pay for some if I could see the screenshots. This way you have to pay 20 - 40 euros, and you don't even know what you are paying until you open the video. It's terribly annoying.
