With the money he has... I would start a Porno Production Company and
hire ALL of Hollywoods best celebrities to do some "kinky films"

I know of at least one actual Zero-G porno, shot on a 'vomit comet': The Uranus Experiment part 2, starring Sylvia Saint and Nick Lang.

I am laughing at what Musk is now doing to Twitter account members.
He wants people to "PAY" 8 dollars or more per month, if you want to have those little blue-hand icons with a thumbs up! LMAO

I rarely go on Twitter. However, I asked a friend who is a massive Twitter fan, "Will you quit using Twitter because of the $8 a month charge"? His reply was that he hadn't heard of the monthly charge and that he already pays for Netflix, HBO, and all these other services monthly. I guess that's one way to look at it. And I bet many more will see it the same way.
This "cunning stunt" won't be getting my money. I remember the legendary John Cleese called it "Twatter" some years ago. Found it... A name even more befitting under the new ownership.

Musk is trying to charge Twitter varified account holders $8p/m for the blue tick. Regular users will play free. VErified accounts are usually the celebrities and politicians that make Twitter more than just a forum. Many of them, led by Stephen King, have said they'll not be paying. If they leave, Musk loses Twitter's real appeal.
He didn't think his business model through when he was forced to complete the deal for this pup. He's already dumped half his workforce and is scrabbling to find a way to stop it haemorrhaging money. It's a futile exercise. In the meantime he's just sold $4bn worth of Tesla shares to raise capital and Tesla itself is tanking, having lost 50% of its value since the Twitter U-Turn was announced. It has also just been forced to recall almost 40,000 cars thanks to a malfunction in the steering system. Not that I'm saying 'I told you so' for one minute. But it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. And Oh! How I am giggling my fucking ass off about it.

About the fee for the "verified" status, I wonder if that means that anybody who'd like it, can get it, y'know, like not just celebs. If that were the case, it might actually be a good thing, as anybody who wants to be verified needs to cough up "real info" on themselves, perhaps alleviating some of the trollism and toxicity that comes from the cover of anonymity!? Playing devil's advocate here. Got tired of twitter 5 years ago anyway. In general, a social media company charging money, instead of having users pay with their data doesn't really seem like a sound idea. Maybe it's a case of "us regular folks" not being able to follow the machinations of " a genius' mind", but Musk's whole "I'm buying twitter" seems so dumb. Twitter was never really known to be a cash cow, right? Just makes him seem more like an eccentric jack-ass with a s***ton of disposable income. Not that his fanboys care.

Musk will make a bit of money but the credibility of Twitter as an information source will be finally buried, and people will leave in droves. Once the celebs go the rest will follow. Probably to an alternative platform someone will set up just for fun and to break even. The blue bird will have no one for company but a wannabe Bond villain and a bunch of Russian and Chinese agents chatting to each other. Twitter was a fantastic idea that NASDAQ fuckwits thought would be the new Facebook cashcow. It was never going to be that but it was a brilliant platform for mass egalitarian communication. Now it's twice fucked thanks to Musk's ownership. That one backfired like you wouldn't believe. He never wanted it in the first place but he shot his mouth off and couldn't get out of it. Losing half your stock value and shedding $4bn of shares in one day after blowing $40bn on a money pit? Nothing genius about that.
