Anyway, I got that 1 elusive thanks from LoveBuzz last night according to my CP but when I clicked on it it wasn't on the post it said it was??? It vanished but here there isn't the "remove thanks" option like on the older template... WTH!!!

Edit: strike that, it was a message on the CP page. I can't use that function on mobile phones though unfortunately even in desktop mode.

After a month an apartment manager finally popped by to say that my apartment wasn't inspected and gave me a notice with the approximate time of 2:15pm yesterday.

I'm set and ready to go well before the scheduled time with my cat in a carrier and 2:15 comes and goes ...it's not until 3:45 when someone knocks on my door, doesn't announce themselves, doesn't acknowledge my calls to wait a minute while I get ready since I'd given up on them.

After three knocks and not a minute waiting poof they're gone.

I call the office and am told by the Leasing Consultant that the manager is busy ...a new manager ...she'll get back to me though (she didn't) and I wonder how many managers this is now because I've lost count.

When your post is removed without any sort of notice. If there were an issue with said post I’m sure it could have easily been remedied with something called basic communication. Planetsuzy doesn’t do things that way though.

I got a reputation as the "you might not want to fuck with this one" girl because of dummies like in your case. You have 5 people fired and suddenly you are the "bad guy" lol.

Your case sounds like a Mickey Mouse company or they are so big the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

The first time I walked into my company I inherited I was turned away by the CEO's personal assistant and only 3 out of the 15 managers knew who was and it was announced by executive email a week prior that i was coming. I replaced 10 of them with internal workers who make managers look good in the first place but never get credit...

Same here. The ban is absolute horseshit. Any doctor or nurse that I tell (here in the US) that I vape, it's usually dirty looks that I get and copious warnings. One nurse asked, "How many cartridges do you go thru per day"? I said, "I don't use cartridges". She was assuming I vape on a Juul, like a lot of other people. The US medical community in general is pretty clueless regarding vaping. They read some horseshit "scientific study" that was funded by Big Tobacco and then scold everyone they see that vapes. Yet doctors in the UK were (at one point - not sure if they still are) suggesting people use them to get off cigarettes. So which is it, is it a tool to get off and stay off cigs, or is it the ? I vote option 1, because that's what I did - over 7 years later, still free of cigarettes!!! Less than two years ago I had my lungs x-rayed (vaping unrelated incident) and the radiologist said my lungs looked healthy. I smoked 2 to 3 packs per day for about 13 years.

Advice to anyone; Do your own research and always ask yourself, "What does the person or company (Big Tobacco) stand to gain from propagating this information"? For clarification: I know vaping is better than smoking but just breathing air is the best option. I also know that many people picked up vaping as a hobby or to be stylish or cool. However, I'll be 50 in a few years and I don't have a lot of vices (no pun intended) so can people stop riding my nuts about vaping? Sorry for my diatribe.

How about go the the Dr for a physical or anything else, and get another bill two weeks later for two, three, or four times what the visit cost. Particularly offensive if there are not other procedures or tests done - simply mention something not covered in a physical, and - GREAT!! New charges! But do they warn you about this, informed consent? Fuck no!

The most funny thing is that we needed a pandemic, in order to become more "aware" of the consequences of climate change, of the natural disasters (such as the extinction of certain animal species), and our health as well.
Most everyone, these days, including doctors, will tell you what is good for your health and what is not, instead of letting you making your own choices, such as in this case.

I used to drink aloe juice and fresh green tea, specially during the Summer, as I tend to get quite nauseaous and bloated during those tiresome humid days (and they definitely helped a lot with those problems). No more.
According to our National Health department aloe juice and green tea are not good, so screw them as well.
BUT.......antiacids medications that cause more damage to the GI tract than anything, or even offending OTC laxatives are OK for them.
Go figure who are the doctors in charge, there.
I bet most don't even have a PhD at all.

As for e-cigs, it was thanks to them that I quitted smoking for good, after trying out Big Pharma NRT products that didn't do shit, but made me more addicted to Nicotine and cigarettes.
If they wanna ban everything regarding e-cigs, they can do so. Thankfully importing things from the UK is still legal, and customs don't treat packages coming from the UK as they do with those coming from USA, Canada or China (with a lot of caution).
So I can have vape juices sent to me as "body lotions" or "lubes", and no one will give a damn.

For anything else, it's a pretty shitty crazy world to live and be in, today. And not just because of COVID.
Come to think about it, to be honest, I don't really know if you wanna have children and watch them grow in this world.
