My criteria is:
GOOD things
- no huge visible scars
- not too much contrast with the body (e.g. no huge fakes on petite body)
- no stretchmarks / as few as poss
- they should somehow move/bounce
BAD things
- [any negative form of the points in the GOOD]
- nipples pointing in random directions
- too much space inbetween

It's somewhat subjective after all, as a lot of other what's-good-what's-bad
I can stand obvious fakes, if they don't have anything BAD
Of course botched surgery is usually never good :P

They need to look "juicy" without sagging too much. Some look "juicy" but when you see them touched it seems like you can't even squeeze them because they're hard. Some girls can't bring their tits together for a tit-fuck because it seems like they're glued in place. It's a fine balance.
