So in all likelihood it is a soiled dress but probably cleaned up a bit.

Not like Monica Lewinsky's. Mind you as there used to be 3 or 4 of these "Genuine stained dresses" for sale at one time on E-bay, one assumes that there is a possibility of fraud. Either that or White House Bill did the same thing many times and Monica stored them for a while, waiting for the price to rise.

All I’ve got is two scans I took from the Volume 2, Number 3 (April/May 96) edition of blueprint magazine:

I’ve never seen any picture sets for the film/scene.
