I Need Help (File Recovery Software)
For some fucking reason I can't explain somehow a few files from my hard drive were deleted and I need a file recovery program that will allow me to retrieve these files.
Preferably a free program. |

You can try Recuva (is free), always gave me good results.
If the file was deleted recently maybe you'll get lucky...  (Tip: Use the portable version in a USB flash drive to avoid overwriting missing files)

Yes, I have used Recuva 2x & it worked both times to recover photo & words files. Free & easy to use.

I found a free version of PC Tools Recovery and I recovered most of the files that were deleted. Still some files are missing but oh well.
I still can't figure out how they got deleted in the first place. Didn't delete them myself which makes it very weird. |

I'll have to download Recuva as I need any help I can get.
Has this happened to you guys before? Somehow your files got mysteriously deleted without any explanation on how they got deleted? By the way they were porn videos and I lost over 80 gigs. Recovered most of them with a few still missing. |

I second vote it was the gf or wife if only the porn data went missing. Time to copy your collection inside of a truecrypt folder she doesn't know the password too and then back that up onto a hdd you leave in a secure place.
