If You want a bit more inc. ability of verifying up/downloads, particular for larger posts or in usenet, I recommend:
MacPARdeLuxe NB do not use .zip for pic/vid posts. Have often seen that some .zip apps inc. stuffit add unwelcome bits which make your .zip files garbage for non-Mac users. cheers renatafan
