I use an S3 for my portable player of choice(Not in public of course). That and the S3 are your best bet for pocket-portables, as they have the largest screens in that range. Nexus 7 and 10 would be good tablets. Basically anything with Android,(Yeah, kinda biased haha) because you have more freedom with it, and can install Flash, although Adobe isn't supporting it anymore for Android 4.0 and up I believe. I'm running 4.1 though, and I haven't had any problems. I'd recommend getting a device made by a popular manufacturer though because the super cheap stuff is cheap for a reason...

You get what you pay for. Spend however much you think you should for watching porn. Haha
