I use it to maintain all of my video and picture content. It can create thumbnails and allows you to tag videos based on whatever criteria you define.

I've always kept a list of my porn I download in a Word document. Crazy thing is I sometimes forget to save the information I add, so I've become a little more "lazy" of late keeping things up to date.

My reason for doing this is first and foremost to prevent myself from downloading the same materials twice. Lately though I share my porn collection with a lot of people, and when they make requests for certain scenes I can then pull up my Word Document and see "Do I have Monica Sweetheart's scene in Anal Addicts 15"? "Oh I do" and can upload that scene to share.
