Which browser do you use ?

I use firefox 4 the last version before they got hooked up with google.

I used to be the biggest fan of Safari but that piece of s.... would always crash and i got tired so i switch for Firefox and i really like it.

Google has been the main financial backer of Mozilla since way before Firefox 4. Also, for security reasons it's a very bad idea to stick with old versions of any browers, especially if you are a Windows user.

Firefox since years. Before that it was the old Mozilla and before that it was Netscape. Although I used Windows back then I never even considered choosing Internet Explorer as my primary browser.

I second that.
Especialy if you have an old OSX (Leopard/Snow Leopard) there are not many virus for mac, but those out there are pretty nasty (flashback and the like).

But not updating your browser, is like not feeding yourself because you don't want to eat products with chemicals inside, or because you are against corporations providing the food.

It does more arm than good, to you.

Firefox 15.0.1

I used 2 notebook, for newer one, not much problem because have high memory, so even without memory fox add-on, it run smooth.

But for other notebook, quite old , i have to add Memory Fox, all good at the first time, but lately i found too often hang for a while when opened new tab...sometimes got mozilla crashed reports....after having same situation few times...when in hang mode, i try to find in Windows Task Manager....and bingo....found the problem, another classic Firefox problem : plugin container.exe....which kinda strange because i have setting about:config, maybe it automatically change again when upgrade to FF15.
Anyway after set the parameter to false again, restart browser.... problems gone and run smooth.

So, in case you have similar problem, just googling, keyword : plugin container.exe, you will find some results with the way to fix that issue. And you will see huge different after that.

But still same question from me for FF developer team....after released many version...and same problems since version 3.6.x - above...why those same classic problems still appeared in every new version....?

PS : Have tried Chrome, but since i found out that Google Update running in background and really consumed CPU sources..... ( Yes, theres solution for that if we googling , but i already hate that.
