i have centerylink and they have stopped my service 2 times for downloading torrents. how do i use torrents with my computer with out getting my account cancelled. and which is the best kazaa or what

You would need to use a proxy. The good ones are not free. The free ones are not good. The Bittorrent client qBittorrent

Would there be a tutorial on torrents (TOT, lol) anywhere on PS?? I was dl'ing with torrents a few years ago but never felt comfortable with the concept.

You gotta watch for public torrents...you don't download stuff like that. It's dangerous. And always go for things with plenty of seeds/leechers. There's no way on earth someone is gonna just isolate you out of the blue and go to all of that trouble if there's a ton of downloaders.

Utorrent is the best client by a long, the best thing you should do is to look at your ISP's traffic management terms and see how much you can actually download, secondly be careful with what you download ALWAYS read user comments.

You could also try PeerGuardian.
