Hmmm. Not sure how geography figures into it, but what the hell!
I'm around 50 miles east of the Big Apple. About a dozen years ago I was just another danm yankee in Harris county Tx, so the only thing you have to be jealous about is the weather!

its a lot to do with a few things FSB cpu and ram speed and a pile of other im no expert but the ram speed help like corsair is good stuff the extreme stuff of that is better but the faster of it is better still but then can bottle neck the FSB and slow down even your speed of your HD can slow your system down too bottle necking there too they have comps to see who can make the fastest PC and using liquid nitrogen help due to cooling the cpu but we all dont have dry ice or liquid nitrogen to make our pc fast as it can be
so buy the best you can afford of each thing and prey it meshes together and wrks well |

Larger memory does not NECESSERELY means better performance, except for critical situations.
