I'm not into this sort of thing, but it's not as uncommon as a fetish, I think. It has a proper scientific name: "Emetophilia", but I'm not sure if you'll find a lot of scenes using that keyword.

Most scenes involving vomiting feature hard oral sex where gagging is the norm. Actual puking is mostly an accident, but it happens from time to time. There are some threads dedicated to this in the Kinky Fetishes section (like this one or this thread, I'm sure there are more).

As for scenes where the vomiting isn't accidental, I guess they're harder to find. Purposely activating your gag reflex by sticking a finger in your mouth isn't something a regular pornstar would do. A lot of German hardcore porn scenes tend to focus on extremer stuff (BDSM, mass bukkake, extreme fisting, pissing and scat), they've probably produced scenes centered around vomiting. I generally say clear of this material as it's very rough, not very esthetically pleasing and sometimes downright mean.
