Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi may be in hot water with everyone from politicians to the pope for his alleged affairs with underage prostitutes, but a top porn star has his back.

Rocco Siffredi, a famed skin-flick celebrity who has successfully managed to transition into a mainstream actor in recent years, said the prime minister would be forgiven by voters.

"In any other country he would have been forced out years ago," Siffredi said, according to England's The Guardian, "But here he gets away with it."

Why? Because, Siffredi told an Italian newspaper, Italians would be proud of someone who can still have a good night life.

"The truth is Italians are proud of someone who is 74, loves sex and has a good sex life – and I don't just mean working-class Italians."

When asked by the newspaper if she ever had sex with Berlusconi, she replied "Yes, but never in exchange for money."

According to the Telegraph, Polanco was one of the women living rent-free in apartments thanks to Berlusconi. They were recently evicted after neighbors complained their involvement in the probe "lowered the tone" of the neighborhood.

Another woman, Nadia Macri, also told police she and an 18-year-old dancer were paid thousands to have sex with the prime minister after five hours of questioning on Friday, the Telegraph reported.
