Both being in the biz means they both know what it entails. Marriage doesn't have to mean sexual exclusivity. In fact when both partners know what (or whom) the other is doing generally makes a marriage work, vs keeping secrets which is what usually ends most marriages. There is a big difference between having sex on camera in a studio (or at least on camera) for money vs having an affair or even an "open" relationship. The latter 2 usually kill marriages, because emotions and attraction run rampant and people try to hide things when that happens.
