Some things that I personally find very annoying:

- When the woman is still wearing her lingerie mid scene. The panties are constantly getting in the way and have to be pulled to the side and the bra either covers the tits or - even worse - is halfway down on her stomach. Why?

-Threesomes or in general scenes with more than two people: There is either too much going on for the camera to get a good view on it, or one person seems to be left out and is distracting from the action. What annoys me the most, though, is that it's very difficult to find scenes with more than two females in it that I find equally attractive.
