Over a year ago, that member was told not to post all the extra stuff and he immediately stopped. That doesn't mean there aren't a few posts (or several hundred posts) out there just like it, from this member. We cannot batch edit posts; It has to be done one by one and no one has that kind of patience or time.... and lastly, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. In other words, it is what it is.

Our search sucks, big time. This is well-documented. Use a search engine to look up porn stars on PS (I do it occasionally myself via Google).

I was guilty of the same thing a few years ago and it wasn't until I was searching and kept running into my own posts that I realized it was my add-on re-direct that was the problem. If you put it in your signature the search ignores it.

On the other board it is at the bottom of the posts before all the ads, menus and post a quick reply option, where that down arrow is next to 198. On this board it is all the way to the bottom of the page.

And I gotta tell you, sometimes scrolling down four inches to save scrolling all the way up in a thread where the screenshots are ginormous, there are two screenshots per post, and long scene descriptions, is worth the mileage.

Per Celeb rules:

- DO NOT post the same picture in more than one thread.
- DO NOT post duplicates of any already posted picture unless the duplicate's quality is significantly better.

If you believe the above is happening, or, you believe the poster is deliberately bumping the same pics he posted, report the post in question (with a short explanation of what you believe is wrong), or simply contact a section mod with your concerns.

From your complaint, it sounds like the latter rule above is being fractured, if not outright broken.

Yes, but the difference is, this guy does a search and discovers a treasure trove of his preferred model. (She's one of my faves too!)

But when I search general porn for "bananal," there are some posters who add "bananal" to every freaking post whether the model performs "bananal" or not.

So my reply was an unsympathetic response to his "dilemma."

Banning 1fichier was a hash decision. No new uploader/sharer would choose 1fichier based on their 15 days retention (30 days registered account) so in one sweep you kill off old-timers like me who had active links at 1fichier for over 10 years. At times, one year of premium 1fichier membership costs the same as 1 month at filejoker, and as a serious uploader, you don't want to deal with dead links all the time, unless you are motivated by cash. There could have been other combinations instead of outright ban, like allowed as an interchangeable host.

I guess it's time to hang up my boots for good this time.

I totally get it. I'm not a big fan of tags myself, especially when they're just a rubber stamp, or copy and paste from the previous posts.

If you see a scene that is tagged with something and that didn't happen in the video, feel free to report that post. That is Inaccurate Information and that is also a violation. Oh, never mind, it's General Porn. You're on your own. Good luck.
