Don't think she's had a sex change but really leans hard into the Native American stuff and refers to herself as an 'elder witch.' Posts lots of short videos of herself looking very sullen, saying nothing. The face tatts and piercings are what freaks me out most.

Her daughter is very 'alternative' too, but not to the level of her mother yet though. More Emo.
