Back to the browser. From my experience, firefox, brave, edge, and opera are all great browsers. As Lone Wolf has stated, Chrome is extremely slow. It hogs the computer resources and makes the computer system unstable, where everything just quits working. I finally got fed up with Chrome and having to shut it down over and over due to the resources it was using and don't use it anymore. So perhaps the answer to your question is yes and yes. It does depend on internet service and it does depend on the browser.
