There are so many AI models these days and I’m not sure what that all means. I get that they touch up photos but is it their head on a different body? Not really their ass, tits and pussy?

Just changing the face of an actress for another is "deep fake". It's also an application of IA, but a simpler one and more problematic in an ethic perspective.

Today you can create locally, with a mid/low range PC and free apps and models, any image from 0 without having to retouch a previous image “changing faces”. True, which is as fake as Hollywood movies. Still, pro wrestlers, actors, and pornstars, are all real people that have fans who follow them. Which isn't to say, an entirely synthetic performer couldn't have a following. That's already happened with AI models and influencers on IG. Regardless, whether or not someone is a real person is going to significantly affect how most people feel about them.
