The Dicktator (1974)

This sexploitation film was released by SWV along with Deep Jaws as part of a double feature DVD with screwy sex comedies. Since Deep Jaws is already here, I thought that I would add The Dicktator.

When a male birth-control pill accidentally sterilizes the male population, the birth rate drops to zero and the President of the U.S. orders the CIA to scour the globe for potent males. Five are found who have yet to take the pill - a Japanese doper, a Peruvian sheep herder, a Russian prisoner, a San Francisco drag queen, and an Afro-American anthropology student who is busy boiling fat gals for the local cannibals - each of whom is codenamed The Dicktator and promptly ordered to impregnate the horniest of the world's women.

In order to combat over-population, a serum is made to make men sterile for a few years, it works more potently than expected causing the population of guys to remain impotent for life. Now the government must find those precious few of the male species that still have some swimmers in their spunk in this early 70's skin flick. Jokes are made pertaining to the scandals of the time which cause to date this film a tad. But for the most part movie was... OK I'm not going to call it good as that's not the right word. The movie is not that awful. Beware it's chock full of negative stereotypes. A PC film, this one definitely is not.

A population-control measure gone wrong leads to an international sexual campaign in this off-the-wall comedy for adults only. However, after all the major nations of the world have mandated its use, it's discovered that there is a flaw in the formula, and now the vast majority of the Earth's male population are permanently incapable of fathering children. The president of the United States hatches a plan to end the crisis by using intelligence agents to ferret out the few "dicktators" around the world who failed to take the pill and pairing them up with beautiful women. A jailed Russian writer (Ron Carey) is released from prison to spend the night with a gorgeous blonde (Uschi Digard), a shepherd from the Andes asks his assigned partner (Rene Bond) to get him in the mood by imitating a sheep, an Asian potentate (Jess Ramos) squares off with not one but two women (Joanne Stevens and Mara Sonara), and an American exchange student in Africa (Paul Daniels) has an unfortunate encounter with a lovely widow (Yolanda Beckham).
