FileJoker.net Issues

That's rly weird then, if I clic a random recent link like this :

I just get a blank error page "404 not found", tried changing my DNS but it didn't help. Always thought filejoker was down for years.

Well filejoker.net works fine on tor browser, I guess something is wrong with my isp.

@sanet, yes, try to talk with your ISP about that, because that link is 100% working.

Why is FJ so popular? I finally bit and got the premium to get some links I've wanted, but it's absolutely horrendous compared to RG and K2S. I can d/l files usually at around 50-60mbps with the latter two, but I'm lucky if I can get more than 2-3mbps from FJ. Not to mention the data limit is a joke.

Sorry, I'm just really frustrated I wasted about $30 on this and it's just so so bad

are those typical speeds for premium users on ANY host?

i am used to seeing 50-60 kbps as a free user! i didn't realize the upgrades were that huge!

I know you guys work hard on this stuff, and I promise I ain't trying to be hard on your team, but for what I'm paying compared to other similarly priced file hosters, this feels like a bit of a rip off. I will get in touch with the support team to see if there's anything that can be done, but I've run downloads thru multiple different browsers and download apps. K2S and RG still clock it at around 50-60mbps, while yours, on browsers I'm lucky to get 1mbps. Fortunately with JDownloader I can get it up to 3, but still … would I be able to get a refund if I asked for one?
