Imagebam Issues

Hello. I'm having trouble downloading images that you upload to imagebam.com It doesn't work with neodownloader nor with extreme picture finder or jdownloader, i don't understand why. Do you know any other way to download? what's wrong with imagebam?

Moved to File and Imagehosts, as this is not a 'Forum' issue, it's an 'imagehost' issue, and we don't have any control over what the imagehosts do short of banning their use here.

Well it could be something to do with the fact the gallery is a decade old, but the good old 'right click and save as' works fine.
I've never got Imagetwist to work with Jdownloader2 at all, so I guess Imagebam is entitle d to a few 'issues' now and again.

Since 3 days or so the images doesn't load, when clicking links. I can see the thumbnails, but they are usually too small and when I open the image in a seperate window it is blank. I wished the thumbnails would be bigger so we wouldn't have to click on them to view the picture on the imagehosts website.

Thumbsnails in posts/threads don't load in any proper way nowadays.
The proper images linked @ imagebam even don't load at all caused by "network time-out"!

This is top 5 worst image to upload gifs to it takes 3min to load a 6mb to 9mb gifs with other image host like Postimage or Imgg the same gifs load in 20 seconds max. On other porn forums this is the only image host used when upload gifs this image sucks.

Anyone else experience this with Imagebam when using a less than latest version browser?

You click an image link which sends you to a landing page, where you wait for 5 seconds or so before the real page with the image then loads automatically, but only if you have the latest browser installed equipped to deal with such inanities. If you have an older browser, the 5 second delay times out and the browser stalls on the blank landing page.

I'm inclined to believe this behaviour is by the uploader's choice and design, because occasionally, the uploader seems to forget to check the 'add extra annoyance for any downloaders' box, and in that case the images load perfectly normally without the 5 sec redirect. Most of the time though the uploaders do wish to add extra annoyance.
