When you live as close to the north pole as we Canadians do you relish the few hot days we get up here and on that note the clouds are finally running out of moisture and ot looks like sunshine for the next couple weeks.

The wrench in that is the Calgary Stampede and K Days (Edmonton) are coming up and like death and taxes it is guaranteed to piss like a firehose every afternoon during that 10 days lol. You get used to it and learn to accept that ma nature is a kunt lol

Not a cloud in the sky after 4 days rain, mid 20's all week coming up.

Some idiot cut down an old tree near our condo parking without addressing the roots and in the last couple days a bunch of saplings broke through the asphalt and are growing all over our parking lot. The ground is so saturated that they needed to come up for air ... actually I think they needed to come up for CO2 lol???

Regardless, they have grown a foot in a matter of days and are everywhere.

If you don't like the weather wait 15 minutes is a motto here and after falling asleep on the couch watching the Canadian Gran Prix suddenly we are surrounded by mean looking storm clouds.

Luckily we aren't in the tornado belt ... we did have a vicious one in 87 that wiped out part of the city!

But the humidity and the smog makes it feel like there are 100°F. It's a living hell, literally.
Been running the AC all day, today. It's unbearable, specially in the early morning, when I want to go out exercise a bit before going to work.

Some rain and chill winds are expected by tomorrow.
Fortunately some weather experts say that this Summer will definitely end (at least here in Italy) by the beginning of August, when Polar winds are expected to hit the country.
Looking forward to August.

I like Summer. But I definitely prefer a more chill and dry weather.
