Tags categories and searches results that piss me off

I wish more sites would have some kind of moderation over the way uploaders "tag" or "categorize" their shit. Pay sites also need to do a better job using filters or tags. I realize it's virtually impossible to oversee every video that's uploaded, and that sites use these tags for search engines, but WTF?! I'll do a search for "deepthroat". Out of 100 videos, there might be one in which the chick takes it balls deep. The rest, she can barely get the head in her mouth. Tagged "facial" when he either cums in her mouth, or a small drop of jizz barely lands on her face. "Big tits"...really? My fucking tits are bigger than hers. "MILF"...you fucking kidding? She looks like she's barely old enough to drink.

You see that on cam sites as well. Click the porn star tag and you might see 3-4 real porn stars and 200 girls you never heard of that are "supposed" to be porn stars.

As far as moderation for tags like that would be a very tedious task. Many would require viewing entire clips to see if all the tas match. It'll never happen.

I agree though, I wish the posters who use tags would be slightly more accurate. I have downloaded clips, expecting a creampie to find a facial. I don't believe in "oral creampies" They don't exist It's called cum in mouth, not creampie.

Full moderation would be next to impossible. Agreed. But there's no reason that a few random clips could be. Uploaders could be warned to properly tag their videos. Pay sites on the other hand, should be expected to do a better job. Their members deserve better. If I'm paying to be a member, I would expect more accurate search results.

This can be quite a problem on tube sites where some uploaders just seem to use every tag available in order to get more views. It's not unusual to see a clip with at least 30-40 tags under it, many of which clearly have no relation to the content. A sensible solution would be to limit the number allowed for one video to be perhaps 5 at most, so it would force the user to think about what are really the most important points to flag up. Like that old game of describe yourself in three words, it would force the uploader to use some intelligence.

Another thing that annoys me is when you type a porn actress's name into google and you get 100's of results, but only the first 3 or 4 are genuine results. There seem to be a lot of crappy sites that produce a search result no matter what name you search for, and when you open the link it says something like "no results found" or "nearest relevant results" with none of them being the person you were looking for. It's like they have an exhaustive list of all porn girls so that they always register a hit during a search, regardless of whether it's true, to trick you into opening their site. Yes, I understand why they do it but it is irritating.

I don't often visit tube sites but have to put in a word for xH@m$ter. I used to upload there years ago and was limited to 3 or 4 tags. I recently had a look and found that some of my old uploads now have as many as 18 tags. In their defence, all tags were relevant to the content on the few examples I checked.


I don't see many posters using tags here but, as said above, monitoring them would be a huge task. Even doing a sampling excercise would involve a moderator downloading the scene and then watching it to see if the tags were relevant. Downloaders could be encouraged to report posts with false tags but I seriously doubt that many would bother to do so and there would also the possibility of malicious reports.

There again, there might be someone who has a lot of time on their hands who would volunteer for the job

Not that I particularly go out of my way to watch it, but I've noticed a lot of sissy porn is tagged as bisexual. When in fact it should be tagged separate, in my opinion.

If I was going to watch bisexual stuff on a regular basis, I wouldn't want to have to trawl through sissy stuff.

The amount of porn tags is just ridiculous. And the thing I love is when they list every kind of porn category possible on the search engines. So it's impossible to pick the one you want.
