I can definitely relate..i go thru phases like that where I will watch porn nonstop (I dont always jack to it but just watch a ton) and then I will cool off. It also happens when I go through bouts of insomnia..If I can't sleep, often i wind up on the comp watching porn

I have read that if you're jacking/cumming consecutive days, you lose selenium and zinc each time you ejaculate. Which temporarily may lower your testosterone, thus maybe in turn lowering your horniness for a short few days. Plus porn really works on your dopamine levels so sometimes you burn out for a bit.

True - I spend more time looking for new porn... than I do actually watching the old porn I have already downloaded!
