Hello, is there a way to restore a file's original md5 code? does someone have a save link to some program?

No. The MD5 algorithm is fixed. No matter how many times you run/create an MD5 from a file it will always be the same. If the MD5 changed, that means the file has changed. That's the whole point of using MD5, to confirm file integrity.
