Convert MPEG 4 to FLV using VLC media player for Mac?
Can anyone direct me to a tutorial using VLC media player for Mac that shows how to convert mp4 to FLV?:confused

I took a look at VLC Streaming/Export Wizard -- under the file menu -- and I don't see an FLV option.
FLV is a now largely obsolete format, an older Flash video format. Adobe itself has deprecated it for some time, preferring MP4 even in Flash applications. Why do you need FLV? "removal of FLV and F4V export features from Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects, and Premiere Pro" Code:

Go to ffmpegmac.net, download the binary, then convert your mp4 videos to flv using ffmpeg
