Downloading .rar, get audio only
Seems like everytime i download a .rar and open it, i get the audio only. I use Windows media player and also try quicktime. Help?

Run a free progam called "G-Spot" which will analyze the video and the codecs loaded on your machine and inform you what's missing.

Its very likely your missing some codecs. My Windows Media players usually just searchs and updates that. All I have to do is Close and open the file up again.

agree that vlc is the one that works on the most files. doesn't look fancy, but it does work well.
