Until some months ago I was using helurl as my main cloud storage service and it was just perfect, for $8 per month they give you 99 TB of storage with a decent uploaad/download speed and a minimal interface, meaning the only thing you was allowed do was to upload/download your files via browser. Then all of a sudden they closed their doors because people used their service to share copyrighted material, or at least so they stated. Now I'm looking for a cheap and more reliable alternative, I don't want another cloud storage that suddenly go offline because of piracy, Now I don't need such amount of storage however the more the better...you know, ideally starting from 10 TB or more would be nice.

By definition, there's no such thing as a cheap and/or reliable cloud storage provider.

This is a business model and to serve a specific need, they need the same hardware as you'd need, but they have to make a profit to keep the company running. It's always going to be more expensive than owning the hardware. Unless you only need the resources for a very limited amount of time, this is when cloud resources are a cheaper alternative.

And besides the price, no one can guarantee you that the company won't suddenly go out of business or change their service is some way. Also, don't assume that cloud services are run by professionals.

If you want it to be cheap and reliable, you have to do it yourself.
