I'm new & havent posted 10 things yet, & dont really have the time to.
So i am barred from making requests?
I have a huge porn collection i am willing to share though. I am looking for a new p3rcvity.com scene. I wont name it because this is not the correct place to put requests.
But I want to ask you guys for help, what can i do? where can i post or look for this scene?

Why should anyone here believe your promises of 'jam tomorrow' when you've had over a year, and have already said that 'you don't really have time to post'?

Unless, one, or more of the threads in the list previously supplied:

1: Doesn't require that you are a Registered User or above.

2: Allows content requests without making 10 meaningful posts (which doesn't necessarily mean 'posts with content uploads').

Then there isn't anywhere.

I think a lot of users, myself included, struggle with the the term 'meaningful posts'. For example, in the PATM Requests- Contributors Only thread, there is a prolific requestor who lives in Yellowstone and of the 350+ posts (458-100+requests), not a byte of photo, video, or anything meaningful or useful other than his opinion (on pretty much everything). Perhaps a definition of what is and what is not a 'meaningful post' would help?

I have a couple of non-UHD 4k videos from LP- a very popular thread that currently is without it's 2 main contributors- A78 & BuBu. Lacking screenshots of the vids- there is no point in posting them since they'll just get removed. But does that make them any less 'meaningful' if just links were to be posted? Nope.

So 'meaningful posts' would appear to be a very fungible term depending on who you know or length of membership. Just my .02$ worth.
