What to do when you find a phishing page!?

Please report ALL phishing sites! That way people who step over these sites will be notified plus they will be prevented to type in their real login data.

-> Report to google (including chrome & firefox security)
-> Report to microsoft (internet explorer)
-> Report to microsoft via EDGE (click the menu and "send feedback")

You can also post it to PhishTank which is run by OpenDNS and many 3rd party tools use it as a source to find phishing sites.

Additionally, you can email the URL to the Anti-Phishing Working Group which is operated by all the major banks and payment processor sites and they work to shut down phishing fast. Also forward it to CERT, which is the US govt's cybersecurity division.
I also recommend sending it to Netcraft, which is another tool that many browsers and 3rd parties use to collect phishing data. You can send it to them here:

If you sign up for a Netcraft account and report enough phishing, they'll send you free gifts like a mug or a tshirt and other stuff. They also make a browser extension which I HIGHLY recommend.

One last thing I forgot to mention, you can paste URLs into virustotal.com and it will scan them to see if they're malicious. You can also use the tool URLVoid which scans a page with a ton of different tools to check specifically for phishing & malicious websites. They even have a plugin for Chrome so you can just click on it and it will check the link for you.
