What makes a porn star "ruined" to you?

the biggest one for me (especially recently) is a dramatic change in hairstyle. I used to like joslyn james but now she's shaved all her hair off and i can't even begin to think about watching her. Even when she changed to a perm sort of thing i didn't find her as attractive.

Agreed 1100%. Janine was the hottest looking piece of ass back in the day. She could've ruled the porn world. Instead she gets over indulgent with the lifestyle, hooks up with dipshit husbands, lands in jail, and somehow thinks adding more ink to her body makes life better. HUH?

Something snapped there and she lost me when she did all of those tattoos.

I hate the same stuff as you guys really, too much botox, tattoos and skinhead haircuts - it just doesn't work for them. Hopefully they'll see the error of their ways and change.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and one woman I found to be beautiful is Eva Angelina. Add the glasses, she looked amazing.

I remember just watching (before I masturbated) these small .wmv clips posted in a TGP site that featured only stuff from FTV. One specific video I watched a lot was her playing with a dildo outdoors, on grass, wearing some blue dress.

I wasn't aware of any change in looks until I browsed this forum as a non-registered lurker in September 2011. She sported some blonde hair, tattoos. I wasn't satisfied. Then she returned to porn around the time I joined this forum. Therefore, I got a good idea, and bad taste, of this.

I really don't understand the appeal of that head side shaving. I see a name like Skin Diamond admired by an overwhelming number of people, but not me. As an aside, she looks okay, but not beautiful (not just the hair that makes me think that). If you look at her trademark heart tanline, it went from a regular heart, to one with horns. That sums up the transformation, from heavenly to the opposite. Weird that I don't fancy it more given the music I listen to. She still has that lovely face and body, so it's not all bad.

If she debuted in that look, I wouldn't feel she ruined herself, but I wouldn't watch her a lot, if at all. That's the only name I could come up with right now.

Looks-wise:
- misapplied or botched surgery
- too many tats in the wrong places
- extreme weight gains or losses (though that can be remedied)

Personal reasons:
- if she has a late reveal that she basically hated her job. Doesn't exactly ruin her for me, but makes her scenes far less enjoyable since it totally kills off the suspension of disbelief. For example, I don't watch Karen Lancaume scenes and rarely watch my Katja Kassin or Aspen Brock stuff, and these only because both of them aren't interchangeable.

Another thing is too many scenes. Liked Julia Ann and Phoenix Marie for years and then all of a sudden they were pounding out scenes (most of them anal) almost on a daily basis and they became ho-hum.

I pretty much agree. There are very, very rare occasions where I've been able to deal with boob jobs; I suppose a few cases where a girl has had minor face surgery (i.e. nosejob) but if it's at all obvious or looks unreal at first glance, forget it. Also tend to dislike tats - Malena Morgan is probably the most-tatted girl I can deal with.

I have no problem with fake tits, actually I like them quite a bit. But when a girl has really nice real ones and gets fake ones, that turns me off. Plus all the weird botox and facial plastic surgery. Lela Star is the best example of a girl who I think really ruined herself.
