I always liked the quiet part starting at the 3-minute mark and how it shifts, brutally, to a musical madness that almost resemble full dental surgery.
Oh, well. This is "Uh-with the teeth-uh", after all So you better have all your teeth intact for this one  Crank up the volume during the quiet part, and wait for that heavy metallic breakdown, to hear what i'm talking about
