Yeah The Gypsy King rules the World now. Once Fury took away what Wilder wanted to do and that what throw haymakers he was done for. He hasn't been taught to evolve as a fighter and Fury being the better Box outclassed him once again. The stopping of the fight probably came a few Rounds too late, but you knew with Fury falling around like a Fish outta Water and bleeding from his Mouth and Ear it was just a matter of time.

Having boxing follow up MMA is like having to watch a KISS show after getting out of a Pantera mosh pit. Its frustrating watching them see how quickly they can assume a hugging position, its just painful to watch....every so often I'll give a fight a shot, but every time, I am disappoint.

I'm not much for Boxing these days but I just had to watch the Wilder Vs Fury fight.
Yeah it was over after he nailed Wilder's ear. Once the ear bleeds like that the ear drum is busted (most likely) and there goes your balance and other shit. Yeah I felt like they stopped a bit late but this was a BIG time fight and I guess they felt like they needed to give him a chance, but really there's no way to recover from that during a fight. I just found this reported on Express.co.uk Quote:

That Wilder only suffered a cut inside the ear is good to hear, although I am confused why he looked so out of it from that point on. Zero balance in his stance, no power in his punches, it honestly baffles me. He alluded to the fact that he had "things going on" even before the fight, so really curious what was going on there. Not taking anything away from Fury, who was tremendous, but something was off with Wilder, making this potentially great fight a one-sided showcase of Fury's insane ability.

Well I listening to Teddy Atlas during his Show on Youtube and he talked about how Wilder put on 20 Pounds or so for this fight. I wonder if that extra weight something he wasn't used to tired him out more than ever and if that is the case that was a majorly bad decision by his team.

Not sure when it was announced but I only found out about the Tyson v Roy Jones Jnr fight on 125th September today. Anyone excited to see it? I won't even try to make a prediction. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be like the Royce Gracie v Ken Shamrock bout back in 2016. (i.e. a big disappointment). You can check out Tyson chatting to Joe Rogan below.

If anyone's interested, the Mike Tyson - Roy Jones Jr. fight tonight was "officially" (technically it was an exhibition) a draw, as scored by three former boxing champs.
(... and no, I didn't pay $49.95 for the fight... good thing.) The exhibition was eight two-minute rounds. IMO, Tyson won every round. Everyone in the chat thought Tyson won. Jones stayed away, trying to wear Tyson out, and only came in long enough to grab Tyson, but Jones was breathing heavy halfway through the fight trying to dance around Tyson. Tyson actually looked good, but probably not good enough to go up against anyone with halfway decent hand speed. When Jones wasn't grabbing him, Tyson landed some hard shots, but couldn't put enough together for a knockdown, though he came close to one in the fifth round. If I were scoring on a 10-point-must system, Tyson would've won 80-72, but it looks like the fix was in... or they're setting up a rematch down the road... EDIT: For what it's worth, ESPN "scored" it 79-73 Tyson.

I mean Tyson couldn't get a Knockdown in this fight because he didn't want to hurt Jones. If this was a legit fight Tyson would of gotten Jones out of there with the way he was looking during this fight. Tyson has been away from the Ring longer than Jones and Tyson was the one with all the energy and Jones was sucking wind early.
