Looking for a little help, please. I'm having no luck with a download manager, Folx 3.0, and I've exhausted the help/support files on the maker's website.

I'm trying to download videos via links on the board and all I seem to be able to download are 20Kb nothing files. This is the case for files hosted on several different sharing sites, even the one with which I have a premium membership. However, I can download files of all sorts from other sources without problems. What am I missing?

I'm running OS X 10.9 and use Firefox.

I would try Jdowloader

http://anonym.to/http://jdownloader.org/download/index

You can add your filehost accounts in that and you can download as free user also.

Tried many DL programs and JDL is the best of the bunch at this time!

There is always downthemall Firefox plugin since you are already using Firefox.
