Odd. I was just able to upload two files to them just fine now. Got download links and everything. Maybe it was just a temporary issue with you.

And, oddly enough, when I click the link you posted, I see the actual download link for the file!

Fichier acting up again.

I downloaded part 1 here.

Tells me to wait 15 min.

I wait 15 min and open the page for the link to part 2.

It doesn't tell me to wait so I click download.

It thinks for a while and then tells me to wait 30 min without starting the download.

So I wait 30 min, go through the same process again, don't see a wait time, click download and it tells me 30 min AGAIN.

So I open the other links 3-8 and NONE of them show a wait time when part 2 just told me to wait 30 min AGAIN.

I try to download them and they change to 30 min.

I am at my THIRD 30 min countdown trying to get part 2.

What's the deal now?

60 min wait time between downloads and then after I DID wait 60 min, it's telling me to wait 60 min again after I've clicked on Download.

Can't upload to them.

Tells me ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

It doesn't matter if I check or uncheck Send using a secured SSL connection

been uploading to them for months without any issues until today

They were upgrading their servers so upload was unavailable for some hours yesterday. Uploading is fine now but it looks like they will be doing another maintenance next week. Check their twitter for news:

Definitely not a bad issue, but...

I just downloaded as a free user, and it said they wanted me to "discover" their services, so they had no limit on the downloaded speed. Finished in just a few minutes. I have to wait for the next file to be available for DL, so I am not sure if it is a one time thing, or just for a limited time, but it was a pleasant surprise!
