first off, did the malware board disappear? guess i never noticed that.

most of the time i try to DL from filejoker, i get to the magic link, only to have browser/tab suddenly redirect to "pipeschannel" when i click on it. and backtab leads to some OTHER spammy page, not the FJ whence i came. in a word, i've lost the link.

happens occasionally on other sites as well, but what makes it especially painful on FJ is that they impose a 6-hr (!) wait between DLs. even tho i haven't gotten ONE SINGLE BYTE yet!

(other sites seem to recognize that fact. depositfiles, for example, lets me resume such crashes right away. and with them the lockout would only be like 30 mins anyways)

so....... is this a known problem? filejoker's fault? my fault? malware on my PC?

6 days at this now and i haven't scored ONE fucking file!!!!

and everyone...pls stop using FJ! even w/o this problem, what's up with 6 hour lockouts?!

Instead of going back, hold the cursor down on the back arrow and then you can select the right page to go back to from the dropdown list. I don't know about FJ in particular, but sometimes these redirects happen 2 or 3 times in a row before they give up and allow you to get on with what you wanted to do.

i still think FJ is gonna view me as "visiting anew". as would any site, i guess. not sure why i even brought up the backarrow thing -- somehow i was thinking it might be in some sort of pre-click "limbo" in that case, and allow another click to slip thru.

in hindsight, i doubt it. i'm just used to sites like DF allow a "new" click, so i was kind of [mis-]perceiving it as a limbo/completion click for a failed one. but it ain't anyways, so FJ should be no exception..

i don't even know what "pipeschannel" is pitching. always annoying, but in FJ's case, flat-out catastrophic.
