Are you signed into Gmail or similar? That might be required to get the option on the page you screenshotted.

This image blurring is so damn annoying as I clean cookies everyday and have to switch it off every time I do a search in private browsing!!
Maybe try deleting cookies or open in private browser, no cookies, and try from there? |

Which browser are you using, PAWGLover? I just noticed the message in your screenshot.
I've tried on Firefox and Edge, and was allowed to turn off the blurring on both. As far as I know, the browsers have pretty much default settings. |

Probably won't pan out, but have you tried opening your browser as an Administrator?

I couldn't find a quick fix. This article has information about why the filter settings might be locked. If we're lucky, maybe someone on the Internet will create a browser extension.
